St Catherine’s Win Inaugural Shane O Connell Memorial 7 a side Hurling Tournament

After a fantastic festival of hurling last Saturday St Catherine’s won the inaugural Shane O Connell Memorial 7 a side Hurling Tournament overcoming a gallant Fermoy side in the final. 

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who helped make the day a success; to the referees and all the visiting teams without whom the event could not have taken place.  And to the O Connell family for donating a wonderful trophy which was presented by Imelda O Connell to winning captain Kevin Dineen.
